When you contact Pipeworks Heating Limited to request a service we provide, whether that be to book a boiler service online, to query a concern or to request a quote for our services, we need to collect and store some of your personal details to make sure everything runs smoothly, and you get the service you expect.

During the process of organising, installing and registering your boiler we may contact you by phone or email to check some details, let you know important information about the installation and to check that you are happy with the service after our installer has completed the work.

We will only contact you about products & services which we think may be of interest and relevance to you based on your purchase history.

Information we must share to provide our boiler installation service and conform with UK regulations we will need to notify the Gas Safe Register about your installation. This is a legal requirement. The information we share with them is below:
